Product ordered by online can not be returned in physical chain store.
All returns are not refundable, customers can exchange goods instead of return. The company have the right to deduct administrative costs are reserved.
If customers would like to have replacement of product, it must be within 7 days. Customers shall keep the product and its' packaging before replacement of product. After the confirmation of replacement, customer can ship back to AMAZINGthing's Hong Kong office and we will follow up by our team. If product itself have been damaged, modified or destroyed, the product will not get a replacement. All freight or other shipping cost will not be returned.
